Sasha Damouni Ellis

Sasha Damouni Ellis is a performance-driven executive with 20 years of experience in the communications, media, corporate affairs, and investor relations industries with a demonstrated understanding of the pharmaceuticals industry, advocacy, strategic development and the newsroom. Sasha is a senior advisor to Arena Advisory Group based in Tampa, FL. 

Rooted in a corporate affairs approach, Sasha has established a senior counselor mindset that empowers clients to navigate the dynamic healthcare landscape throughout every step of a company’s life cycle. Sasha integrates stakeholder perspectives seamlessly into her counsel and drives rapid insights and adaptability.

She has advised on diverse topics over the years, including driving the analysis of the pricing of the first FDA-approved treatment in CDKL5-deficiency disorder at Marinus Pharmaceuticals to executive visibility and change management strategies at Vir Biotechnology, where she served as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. She led pharma media relations and external corporate communications at Bayer, working across their early-stage incubator-partnered companies through to late-stage commercial development. Prior to joining Bayer, she served as a senior healthcare journalist at Bloomberg News and launched BioPharm Insight, formerly a division of the Financial Times Group. 

Sasha received a B.A. in Communications from Richmond, The American University in London and a Masters in International Journalism from the City, University of London.
