Jason Golz, CFA

Jason Golz is a trusted advisor to leaders at organizations large and small, public and private, helping them communicate through critical moments and connect the dots on a wide range of business matters. Jason is a partner at Arena Advisory Group based in San Francisco, CA.

Before joining Arena, Jason served as the communications lead at SoftBank Vision Fund, Prologis, and Sea Limited, advising senior executives and founders across a broad range of corporate situations. Prior to these in-house roles, Jason was a partner at Brunswick Group, where he advised clients on corporate reputation, investor relations, and media strategy. At Brunswick, Jason created and led the firm’s Capital Markets Advisory practice and its IPO Prep program, which helped prepare private companies for the complexities of public market communications. Additionally, he also led the firm’s West Coast M&A practice, including high-stakes activism defense situations.

Jason holds a B.A. in Business and Economics from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, and was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2004. When he’s not advising clients, he is usually making or fixing something, or spending time outside, preferably in the mountains.
