Elizabeth Flis is a director with Arena Advisory Group with experience in corporate communications, public relations, development, and stakeholder engagement. An entrepreneur who founded and operated a business, Liz thrives in high-impact projects.
Previously, Liz led international development at Northfield Mount Hermon, one of the nation’s leading college-preparatory boarding schools. While there she directed the strategic vision of the school’s $7M boathouse, including architectural redesign, communications strategy, stakeholder engagement, and fundraising.
Before that work, she was an account supervisor at the global communications agency Weber Shandwick managing public relations and communications for Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and government agencies, including an Olympic bid for the city of Boston.
Liz began her career at Spencer Stuart in asset management and private wealth.
A former US National team rower, Liz won a bronze medal at U23 World Championships in Belarus. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Communication and Public Service and was captain of the women’s rowing team.
